Kobe finally get a fourth ring and finals MVP. Congratulations. I used to think Kobe was selfish and ego driven, but his passion and motivation I now admire. How many superstars just collapsed and settled for less before reaching near a glimpse of what Kobe has done in his career. Kobe was always in a shape, ready, and motivated to play. Season MVP, finals MVP, and fourth ring, all wouldn't have came if he didn't have so much passion and persistence for the basktball. There were times when Kobe was blamed for Shaq's departure, and people saying Kobe won't win a title ever again. He's been on a mission to prove them wrong and he did it this year.

I missed all the Page 11 fun.

Congratulations to the Lakers. Though my dreams for a better life crumbled when I saw the awarding ceremonies (and though it's hard for me to type these words ), they deserve this championship for showing more maturity and composure compared to the young Magic team.

Oh well, I guess it's up to the Timberwolves to dethrone them next year.

The Lakers didn't pay Yao to get injured, that's kind of nonsense. And it's not really about whether the Lakers could advance if Yao was around, it's about the fact that the series should have been way easier and shorter since Yao wasn't around. Still, the Lakers did advance and they won clean and clear, so they earned it. Oh, by the way, the Lakers aren't gay. Only Luke Walton is.
