Will accessories affect cfs?

Hi guys, will an added accessory-patch affect a player's cf? (since an accesory patch is in png form)

E.g. I dont want another cf of Kobe as mine is already fine. I want to add him a fingerstrap that he now uses, will using that fingerstrap affect another look on my Kobe?

No. you can add him the accessory patch without affecting the cf. but, you need to edit it in iffeditor. just copy the portion of the body with fingerstrap to your existing cf (ex. Kobe). Hope it helps! Thanks!
