Funny how people are still predicting he'll flop. His first two shows have been fine and they've rated well. Police in Omsk, South Russia, have placed life-size cardboard replicas of the 'Inglorious Basterds' actor dressed as a traffic policeman at the most dangerous intersections of the city, to try and deter motorists from speeding.

Any forum members in Russia here? Care to explain why they would do such a thing. I can't seem to grasp the sense of it.

I'm not from Russia, but near to it. Anyway, it doesn't make sense even for Russia or other country from Eastern Europe. There have been a lot of really weird campaigns against speeding and DUI, but this easily tops most, if not all of them.
