Hwo do you decrease/increase skill rating for all players?

If want to decrease/increase skill ratings for all nba players, how do you do it? Say I want to decrease all nba player's 3pt shooting by 5 or increase defense by 5, etc.

Go to edit player and change their attributes and/or tendencies.

You can also use Hades or FlyingFinn's roster editor.
