Guys, how can I convert and save iff files in rar format?

You can't unless you compress a file using winrar.

The file will have a .rar file extension but it will not be converted.

How can I compress files without sending email? Is that the right way to save files in .rar?

You don't need to send e-mail.

You should do these:
1. Choose the file(s) that you want to compress. (In case of multiple files, press Ctrl and click your chosen files)
2. Right click.
3. Choose add to archive.

4. rename "shoes.7z" to "shoes.rar" if the file extension is not in ".rar" form
