Looks a lot better. You should also tell us if you used a different headshape, and most importantly, dont forget to credit the original author if there is one. Try to match the colour of his ears to the rest of the face, otherwise great CF.

His left eye is actually like that in real life believe it or not . It's just a bit darker. I was a bit surprised too when I saw his photo up close.
