TRADE Problem or Glitch?

when playing association and i want to trade some players. the scroll is not working so the problem is i cannot search for the team i want to deal the trade. the only team that i can trade with is the atlanta hawks because they are the first on the list.. why is that the button scroll is not working do i miss something?

press [ ] or < >, I don't remember which one.

ok done. im using controllers already so i forgot that im playing PC thank you very much..
