I reinstall my windows and Iff editor don't work!

Please help me, what I need to do to fix that problem?

did you reinstall the .net framework 2.0?

MOM.exe is the Catalyst Control Center monitoring program or something. It should have nothing to do with the IFF Editor, unless you were cleverly complaining about your mom.
