A problem. Please help!

I've noticed that for other people jerseys move while they run! Why they don't for me? They are stiff, like from cardboard. I can live with that (I mean, I'm used to that lol), but the movement of the jerseys makes the game look oh-so-sweet I don't play on max setting, bec my computer is crappy. I've tried to turn all of the settings on but it doesn't help. You could either tell me the solution or just give me your game settings.

You need to play on ultra high settings for players to make the jerseys move.

OMG I'm and idiot. When I checked the settings the first time I thought that High is the limit

Still, with this setting, the game lags. I just know it's my computer:

Pentium 4 : 2.66 GHz
Video Card : Radeon X1300/X1550 series 512.0 MB

I guess I'm right. Maybe you can tell me what should I upgrade?
