Player Lock

I have the PC Version of NBA Live 2004 and I can't find the menu in the options where you can turn player lock on/off? Can someone tell me the menu?

player lock is found in the user selection. the scene when you have your keyboard or gamepad to choose which team to play. there you click on the upper button for the user (button below is the key edit option). there you will find the player lock
