MADHOOPER PC NBA Live League Forming Details here.

MADHOOPER's NBA Live League is a head to head PC based league is looking for the “NBA Live” fanatic who wants to do more then just play. It’s for the NBA Live “Fanatic” who thinks they can turn the Knicks or the Trailblazers around. The “Fanatic” who thinks they can cut payroll and keep talent. It’s for the “Fanatic”, who knows how to train his players and turn them into Superstars. The “Fanatic”, who can thinks they generate revenue and keep his team out of the RED. This “Fanatic”, will have to show commitment to the league. This “Fanatic”, will need to able to participate in league events such discussions, preseason games, and voting on league matters. And if you think you can do all of these stated above that’s good, but wait there’s a twist. If your team is the RED for more then 3 seasons then you lose your team and will have to good back to the waiting list.

Please be prepared to play at least 3 to 4 games a week.

Included in that will be any major injures (i.e. Grant Hill will be out until the All-Star game, Antonio McDyess will be out until the All-Star game, Jason Williams will be out until the All-Star game the following season, and so on), and all salary commitments (i.e. Dikembe Mutombo will still be on the Nets payroll, Anthony Mason and Jason Caffey will be on Milwaukee’s payroll, and so on). So understand what you are getting in to with your team.

Our salary cap for the 2003 – 2004 season will be $43,840,000. The “Luxury Tax Threshold” is estimated to be about $56,000,000 if the Luxury Tax is trigger. Every team starts the 2003 – 2004 season with their team's Market Size Revenue payment.


CAN I JUST OWN A TEAM AND HAVE SOMEONE ELSE PLAY THE GAMES?

Yes. You can just be the owner of your team. Your coach has to be register with the site. As an owner you are allowed to pick two coaches of your own. If your coaches quits then you will have to pick from the group of coaches in our waiting list.

LEAGUE REQUIREMENTS:

You are required to participate in all league discussions.
You are required to vote on all league matters.
You are required to have your games played by the deadline.
You are required to accurately capture all revenue generated during games.
You are required to submit a brief recap of all of your games.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:

NBA LIVE 2004
Windows XP, 2000, ME, or 98.
Dual Stick Controller
700 Mhz CPU, 256 MB Ram, 32 MB Video Card, and a Broadband Internet Connection.
You have to have and AOL Instant Messenger Account.

We have a GM Guide that you will have to follow. Read it, learn the rules and procedures. This is the League's Collective Bargaining Agreement and it is essential to your success.

You know your in if you want to play. There's a lot to this league that going to make it so much fun and very realistic. But when you can sign a max player because Kelvin Cato and Mo Taylor have a combined salary of 59.07 million over the next 3 - 4 years don't say I didn't warn you.
