what about updating playbooks? have you updated them or are planning to? what about salaries, there seems to be some mistakes, what i've seen, i might be wrong, but you could doublecheck, it would be nice to have accurate salaries... right?

I do not touch salaries, any volunteer? I spend last month updating all other things, i've forgot about my wife:)
Playbooks are completly new in v.5.0.
EDIT: hey wait a minute, when i set new playbooks(tenedencies) for team i think that this save into roster file, am i wrong?

U can use v.4 but u can use v.5 because its all about ten players without hidden shoes. I will wait for v.6 and then update, because v.5 change almost nothing in active players.

yes, skoadam, i meant playbooks, not coach profiles, i dont have anything to complain about them but just one question, how you know they are correct?

Because i often see this plays in real games and its accurate to teams.

Ok im working on sliders, i've got q to all using my slider v.1 and those who not install official patch, is there some problems its need to fix?

Hey skoadam,

first of all: Thank you very much for your and your companions work on NBA2K9. I love your updates, especially roster. But I want to give you a little Feedback concerning the Settings & Sliders (I don't know which one is responsible for which changes).

- Firstly, I like that there's less score in the paint. Before, I always had 75% of the points created down low. Now, it's realistic. The bad thing is, the new settings make players miss easiest shots like free layups on the fast break and that's not realistic.
- Second thing, with the update you can force a jumpball by sending a double team. Everytime, the enemy player takes the ball and it's either jumpball or reach-in foul, but never a pass to the free man and easy shot.
- CPU commits too many (unnecessary) Reaching-fouls
- Players are too slow with the sprint button
- Please improve Marvin Williams' (Hawks) 3-point shot, he's quite unuseful this way
- CPU Players are stupid and still commit charges on the fastbreak on charge-forcing players in 1v1 situatíons... no way to change that?

Is that related to the official patch? Do I have to reinstall NBA2K9, do not update it and just install your roster (v5), slider & settings updates?

Is there any opportunity to disable automatic double-team? My players always do it automatically and give up easy baskets that way. Best example is Dwight Howard, he always kicks it out to Lews/Turkoglu and bingo, 3-ball.

Some Players have ridicolous ballhandling (I don't mean centers or PFs), I don't like Small Forwards losing the ball on a crossover... do you know that problem?

Go to Coaching Options, I think Pressure/Double team and change Double team to "NEVER" on dwight howard.

Yes, but then they will do it on other players, unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be an option to disable automatic double team in general.

for example howard (magic) finish the season with 8 rpp and lebron finish the season with 20- ppp

U can always try other roster/sliders and get +60 in one quarter.
But hey its immpossible to take realistic stats when sim is on 10min q.
