Specifically, by the ThunderAs I've said before I wouldn't identify myself as a fan of Livingston but I hate to see a player's career over before it really gets started and I admire his drive and determination in trying to return from that horrific knee injury he suffered a couple of years ago. The comeback attempt with the Heat fell apart but perhaps this is the opportunity he needs. Ultimately he'll be playing behind Russell Westbrook but he could well end up outdueling Earl Watson for most of the backup minutes at point next season.

You gotta give him kudos for keep coming back. There's alot of backlash surrounding NBA players, saying they only play for the money and they don't care about playing and you see this guy and others (Penny comes to mind) who keep playing and want to keep playing.

He still played games in the nba, so I guess his failure is better then your success.

I sure hope not, he will end up like Jay Williams. How much money is he getting anyways? I guess far from couple mils...

According to Hoopshype.com he's only signed through next season, so by multiyear they're just referring to this season and next. Only his salary for the remainder of this season is listed ($82,627) but I'm guessing his salary next year wouldn't be much higher than $2mil at most.

http://www.usatoday.com/sports/scores10 ... 837094.htmIn his debut with OKC, he scored 10 points with 5-6 shooting. Not bad

27 minutes off the bench is significant playing time too. A nice start indeed for take two on the comeback attempt.

This is it,i hate this too.He is very talented player,Very tall for playmaker. This knee injury, very painful for watching. But i think he can solid career or maybe more.Thunder is very young and talented team and i tthink that singing Livingston is a good move for them

It's great that he got a contract. Despite the fact that the Thunder haven't had great success this year, they have enough potential there and their probably wouldn't be as much pressure on Livingston there as there would be if he joined a team seen as a contender. Hopefully he gets a good go at it, I've always liked him as a PG... traded for him in multiple live dynasties
