Players moral issuses during season.

I dont understand this part. Im giving everybody on my team playing time as much as i can. In fact im giving so much playing time for my bench even my starters are starting to complain and lose points. My team is #1 in its league. Its set to 6 minutes quarter a game and avg about 50-70 points a game. The team is the blazers. I am not afraid to play with bench because they have a deep bench and lot of skill players.

I have my starter STEVE BLAKE -15 points off his poor 70 overall rating. I have SERGIO Garcia -18 points off his rating. I have -10 points from M.Webster and he plays pretty much until he gets tried....in fact i always play all my players until they are in the fatigue stage of 75 and lower. I have most of my players -5 to -20 points. WHY? Other teams all have +2 and +5 , How can i fix this problem? I try to share time but i still have to let my starters and stars play. Only player that isnt effected is Greg Oden. Roy is -1 L.Alderiage is -1 .

Thanks for your input.

What are they complaining about? Sometimes you have to increase their role to make them happy. Do you have Team Chemistry set to On? So Steve Blake is at a rating of 55 right now? Or does it say "-15 70" which would mean he is actually at 70 right now from 85?

I was never able to improve team chemistry in any other way than just winning games.

Yeah Steve blake right now is actually -13 . Which puts him at a 65 rating. The funny thing is when you play the game you really cant notice there down grades (well maybe steve blakes and players who are -10 or more). But still, no matter what i do, blow teams out, go on 15 game wining streak or score 20 points with the player (which is a lot for 6 min quarters) they still have a sucky rating.

I also just drafted a rookie on 30th overall pick because i had the best record, he is now -1 automatically. The rating on this game is very gay. I checked the players moral and all of them want more minutes... Its like WTF em i suppose to do? Its only 6 minute quarters there's only so much i can do in so little time... maybe if i played 12 minute quarters it would be different... but that's stupid how they didn't adjust their morals for 5-6 minute quarters.

Try turning team chemistry off.

Again...what are your players complaining about? They should be having morale issues when you view their player card. See if they are unhappy about their role or playing time. That's usually the only two reasons their morale drops. When their morale drops, so does their rating.
