juza1971, What do you change the NBA rules to? And does this roster have the issue where when you start a new association the player minutes and roles change? And does this roster have updated team playbooks?
He already listed his rules and gameplay settings. Look above that post. The sliders doesn't change them.

Something IS wrong. I played more games and I'm playing air tight defense but the CPU is still abusing me from all angles on the court. At the end of the game when I'm losing,
my team starts missing layups but the CPU has no problem getting into the lane and scoring or drawing a foul.
Doesn't sound like air-tight d to me. Understand that these rosters make gameplay better but you still need to play. Just because you aren't good yet doesn't mean its the rosters fault. Because the rosters are realistic you gotta play realistic. Its not about lock on D and hope for the best...that is not smart D. If they are driving the lane all the time change to a 2-3 zone and force them to go outside. If they adapt to the 2-3 zone and they are swinging the ball around a lot on the perimeter then you can go the 1-3-1 zone and roam with the middle man in your 3 (which is the pf) to protect the corners. If they also have dangerous outside shooters then you switch back to man on man but if you think they are going to drive the lane again switch to zone. It takes practice to play zones but its a good alternative if you see the cpu doing the same moves. And the cpu is doing the same moves is because you dont defend it properly. They can draw fouls because its hard to draw a charge when you are lock on d and help defenders aren't going to fly over and draw the charge.

Played first game of my association with the Heat using your roster, slider and settings. And I must say, they were fun. First 3 quarters, Knicks were abusing me cause I didn't contest any of their shots. Then in the 4th they went cold, like they were fatigued, like people do in real life. Wade was on fire, carried them all the way, finished with 46 points, 13 assists. Final score, 126-111.

wade for mvp. Seriously man. If he doesn't get it then it is only because he doesn't have a good team. Usually if your team is doing bad then you don't get the mvp. But the Heat is going to make the playoffs and they are over .500 with Wade practically pulling his team over the line night in night out. Think about how many games Mo Williams and Gasol helped Kobe and Lebron win games. Wade has no sidekick although his team mates are responding and are starting to play better individually.
A couple months back I thought Kobe was ahead of Lebron in the race but Wade has been just amazing. His performance in the past month or 2 has just been as good as anyone in the history of the game.

Btw balller could you post the fg% for your team and the knicks in that game? and any other game that you can with the new sliders. It would be much appreciated. I am in Aus as well. Melbourne. How do you watch your ball? (cable, tivo or Ten or other?)

maybe you have to lower difficulty level or change you defensive attitude...to me CPU FG% never goes over 50% so what can i say? have you ever asked to yourself that sometimes teams can have a "night-off" ? so play more games and post your stats.

I really don't need any sliders. For me the gameplay is just perfect. Very nice ball distribution from CPU, less points in the paint, superstars are really playing like superstars and they are difficult to stop. Works so good for me right now! I'm playing 12 minutes per quarter and results are pretty much realistic for me. Already started association with Lakers, currently I'm 4-2. Two losses against Magic and Hornets and 4 wins against Jazz, Kings, Hawks and Bucks. The greatest moment was in first game against the Jazz when I hit a game winner with Kobe. Celtics are now pretty much impressive with 5-1 and they also traded Powe and Pruitt to Knicks for David Lee. I allowed this trade, because Lee's name was in several trade rumors this season so it's pretty much realistic that they traded him.

This roster is really something from other planet. With all these updates 2k9 really feels like a completely new game. Props to everyone who worked so hard in this project! (Y)

Oh god... i had 9points lead in 4qt with 4minutes to go, of course randolph with davis made the game tie.Few minutes later i was down by 2points and it was 38 seconds to go. A.Harington made it tie with deep 2. Who else if not Baron can kill me ? He made 2points and 1 and it was 7seconds to go.Hughes didnt made 3 and i lost .That was one of most dramatic games ive ever played so far. Thanks juza !!!
Yeah and the best thing is That A.Harington twisted his ankle and he is out for 2weeks.

2.6 good only for tweaked sliders
2.5 suites better for default sliders.

roster is perfectly compatible with v4.0.
