I gained about 20 lbs over the last year and I decided to go back to the gym and get back in top shape.
Burning all that fat will be easy since I'm in my mid 20's and my question is what are the best supplement for muscle development?
Back in the days when I was in the military I was taking Nitro Tech and Cell Tech and it did work for me.
Do you have any suggestions?

Look at the long term and work on your upper body strength, especially chest and shoulders. Players like Anthony Mason and Ben Wallace is a good example. Power sometimes can compensate loss in heights. It's not about the moves, but it's about creating your comfort zone when you are playing big man's position. If you don't have foot speed, strength and soft shooting touch would be good in both offense and defense. Work on those and you will be fine.
