Skinny Shaq problem, how to fix it?

Man, I got done getting every roster right, updated ratings, player gear and starting lineups. I know Shaq has just turned skinny and maybe Malone? Anyone know what affects that to happen? Is it trying to change his gear as in shoes or something? Or does it have to do with ratings? I'm so pissed, going to take awhile before I get my rosters all back to where they should be.
