Lost armbands and wristbands?

This happens when i put the sweat patch. for some reasons, i can't seem to put any accessories that can be found on the arm area. Before, i have the sweat patch and still having my armbands around but eventually, i installed a new sweat patch and all armbands suddenly disappeared even on the edit player window. any suggestion how to fix this?
