Install PROBLEM!

I have already installed the game but i've must again install and now when i go to the nba 2k9 file and click to the exe it says:"The application can't run because the configuration is wrong.The reinstall maybe solve the problem"!
Anybody can for me help???

I have already found the problem and i fixed it!!!
