I have to make a decision between 3 PSU's. One PSU has 4 12 V rails and is 600 W. The other is 500 W and is a Thermaltake brand. The third is 400 W and is Silverstone brand. All three brands are supposedly quality , and are all priced about 30 dollars each. I don't really want to play any new games , just old stuff like BF2 and CS:S. Which is the best for that?

Depends on the rest of your system. If you have some pretty recent hardware installed, I don't see why no going for the 600W, if it's the same price. Otherwise, either one of the other 2 would do fine. Thermaltake is usually good stuff.

Oh, and random...

I'm leaning towards Thermaltake right now , although 4 V12 rails is pretty nice for 35 dollars (it was originally 100 dollars but is 35 off rebates and what-not). Most of the junk in this computer isn't updated though , so I wouldn't need 4 V12 rails. The processor is just a 2.2 ghz AMD Athlon and there's just 1 gig of Ram.

Thermaltake is a good brand.
