OKC could sign him, he has some play-off experience and will bring much energy to every team, but they already have a shoot-just-shoot guy in KD, so chances are 50-50. I really hope he finds a team, he was with Carter my favorite player back in his All-Star Houston days, Francis where'd you go....

They could use another guard though so it might not be a bad fit. It depends what kind of situation Francis wants to be in, of course. If he's just keen to resume his NBA career and play his way back into more minutes and a better deal next year then he'll take an offer that gives him the best opportunity to do that...of course, that could have been Memphis and he obviously wasn't interested in playing for them. If he wants to play for a contender then his opportunities might be a bit more limited, even more so if he wants to have a prominent role.
He could well be eyeing retirement of course but I'm guessing if that were the case, he'd have just sat out the rest of the year and collected paycheques or even announced his retirement immediately. The fact that he's working on a buyout with the Grizzlies suggests he still wants to play and would like the chance to pursue other opportunities.
