are there steals in the game?

Greetings guys,

I just installed NBA live 2008 and by the few games I have done I have noticed that nearly all the steal attempts I make result in a foul! This sucks, is there any way to steal the ball without commiting a foul? If not, I guess I'll try to find older versions of NBA live series since this really dulls the game...

Welcome to the Forum! You might want to try increasing the user steals slider and perhaps decreasing the reach-in foul slider if you feel there are too many fouls and not enough steals.
