STOP STEAM FROM RUNNING NBA2K9 (TEXMOD)?

How da f*** do i stop steam from running Nba 2k9 when im running texmod?
( i changed my user from RayAllen20 to LiLwAyNe )

you have to use a "special" exe that disables steam
