I am figuring out how to delivre the best from the custom teams. It won't be perfect because the paint and stuff can't be replaced without modifying all the courts.

This roster doesn't contain all the NBA transactions... and wont be updated according to the reality. This problem will be solved if a tool able to edit and mix *.ros files appears.

We did not modded the custom player faces.

There is at least 2 bugs I can't fix yet :

1 - If modded, playing a custom team against itself, you could encounter visual aberations. press Alt+tab to go to another software or the desktop and go back it should desapire.

2 - After playing a game with a custom team, if you play a second with another team the names and numbers of position 1 and 2 of home team's jersey is remaining.

Ok I've done all what I could. I tried to make it as perfect as possible. If only I find a way to accomplish what needs to be fixed :

- a small visual error on the "shoulder's bands",

- the textile texture dosn't react as I expected. I was unable to make the jersey in the black textil type without fighting against a greyish effect due to the pattern,

- we can't play USA home vs USA guest because of a mapping error that send a the jersey texture map on the ground reflection map.

- the round collar of the custom jersey type doesn't fit the usa olympic one,

- I didn't find the right ground textures to finish the mod (maybe it's not a texture).


It has been made upon a savage custom team. Field in with all the right players and there corresponding number.

If only someone may answer my questions, I would finish the job.

this patch is excellent! I just play it cool! I want to know if you have a trick to save the dream team in the actual store that I have, in fact I have not whenever a load the size of the dream team early in the game, it is automatically added to my home?
The French team with Parker, Diaw, Piétrus .. will be created?

I dont know if it's possible to melt several *.ros, but I dont think so. Let's hope it will be, sooner or later.

I didn't realy thought about doing any other national teams, because of the missing players. Maybe I will work on one or two others but I m not pretty interessted in editing all the cyberfaces (lack of good pictures) or stats of every national players.

If someone is ready to take care of theses, I could help editing some more jerseys.

What could be great is that, as with the euroleague, people come together and create à full patch. If such a group pops, I would propose my services.

Ok! for the French team, I am ready to help you find the jerseys, the players, their stats ...!! help mounted this project, half of the team in the NBA (turiaf Diaw, Diawara, pietrus, parker, Batumi, petro, Ajinça, mahimni + Gelabale maximun 3 and 4 players see a + create it!)

All right let's do it. And Let's start with the frensh team.

Please give me as much good references (the bigger the better) as needed to complete the jersey maps. Expecting close look on logos and details if possible. *.ai file type for logos would be ideal.

Cybershots of the players not currently available in 2k9 are secondary because we ll have to wait a bit before we ll be able to create a player and past a map on his face.

If I have the references, I ll try to start the job this week-end.

For the other teams, if you or someone else is ready to google the picture references, stats and stuff, it won't be a waste of time, this will create a database to work with ; speeding up the job.

did u find to double players from their teams ? or did u trade them from the allstars teams to created uSA team ?

Sorry for the inbound glich but as long as I know, I can't do anything against it. It doesn't append to me when playing with theses files then I can't understand what's wrong. Anyone else has this inconvenient ? Maybe someone has a clue. As soon as I hear about someting I ll fix what needs to be.

I just assigned the players to a new custom team and modified it.
