[10.22] c0nr4d's jersey fixes [magic away]

thank god this game is patchable...here's a lil somethin to get my feet wet with this whole new process of patching:

new wordmark
:arrow:

added 20th anny logo
:arrow:

curved the pinstripes on the top of the jersey
:arrow:

moved the nba logo on the shorts to the right area

i still need to figure out alot of stuff, such as how to put the other alt logo on the right leg, and fixing the lighting and jersey threads textures, but i think this is a good first step.

also, if anyone sees any glaring problems with jerseys in the game, let me know, and i'll see what i can do
