juza, what do you think about the game speed ? 40 is a bit slow for me ..
Do you advice that we could increase to 45 or 50 ? It will be huge difference about game experiences or can we use these ?

it depends clearly on your playing style...i like to run plays, move the ball, shoot around 15-20 sec...i got around 78-85 FGA per game. What can i say? you have to test it but i think you can increase it to 45-46.

what about defence???now its too obsessive..no one on one....defence ever win :!:
the NBA is not like that..

i use manual for offense and defensive because in the nba players dont run plays every single possession.

Juza, your settings allow for the best game play for me, thank you so much!
Although, I thought the speed was very slow at 40, (I used to play at good o' 50) it really makes for a pretty good flow to the game.
Likes:
- Good amt fouls & fast breaks
- Passes to cutters by CPU are often difficult resulting in turnover, etc
- Blocks are more realistic (rarely are jump shots blocked like before)

Dislikes: Hard to shoot threes (I need more practice)
CPU: Not very aggressive with point guards and mid range play

Juza how did you tweak the rosters to go with your new sliders? What changes were made?

delete sliders file and restart game, you only need shoe pack v4 and latest roster.
Btw juza released his sliders with these rosters on one of latest 3pages ~ .Look for it.

Juza's roster, sliders, and setting make for a great game. Thanks Juza!

These Are the links I used to get my game setup (pulled from Juza's Posts):
Sliders (No Version)
http://www.fileden.com/getfile.php?file ... ers%20.rar

3.0.5.1 uninjured Roster:
http://www.fileden.com/getfile.php?file ... njured.rar

Shoepack 4.0 + 3.0.5.1 Injured Roster + Settings 2.5
http://www.sendspace.com/file/4jv60n

My setup:
Shoepack + Settings 2.5 + uninjured roster 3.0.5.1 + Sliders (No Version)

I adjusted the sliders to increase user defense. I am not a great shooter, so I also increased user shot success. I haven't quite got that right, but +5-10 compared to CPU is good for me. I adjusted the settings to put speed to 45, might go back down to 40 and see if there is an impact. I play pro mode 6 minute quarters.

Put Settings + uninjured roster + Sliders in your 2k9 saves folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\ %username% \Application Data\2K Sports\NBA 2K9\Saves

Shoepack iff files go in the main 2k9 folder (i assume, never checked to see if it worked).

Edit:
From a couple pages back.

This appears to be a newer version of the settings/sliders above combined into one download with the uninjured roster:
Settings 2.6 + 3.0.5.1 uninjured Roster + Sliders (Newer)
http://www.fileden.com/getfile.php?file ... ttings.rar

Not sure what the difference between the settings and sliders might be. I will probably give these a try, but I believe the bulk of the change to the game play is in the roster file (player skills and coach sliders) and then you can tailor the game to your style from there using the settings and sliders.

If i was starting fresh i would use the above, Settings 2.6 + 3.0.5.1 uninjured Roster + Sliders (Newer)

Confused what you are upset about? A few people (gie190920,marcio) asked what they needed to download as the first post in the thread is not clear. I pulled together the links I had used to download and describe for them the setup I ended up using and modifications i made for my own use. I did not modify any of your files or post any new versions. Just collected the links you had posted and put them in one thread and tried to describe what they are.

If that is not welcome that is fine, but I was just trying to help the two poeple that posted in the last day trying to figure out what they needed to get started.

Did i need to say these are all your files? That seems obvious.
