i also like the fact that you included UNINJURED rosters.

my latest works include only uninjured roster. a new injured one is coming out when shoe pack will be fixed. it works perfectly without official patch.

i'm glad it works without official patch too...

will your new version feature also uninjured roster or only current (with injuries) roster? i hope new version will also feature uninjured version...

Maybe its better to wait for the complete one that is going to be released on the weekend. I don't want to start a new game now and then another one in a few days time. Plus the new roster has bonsu who everyone has been waiting for :)

great news...

there is only one thing that bugs me... do you include some specific gameplay (sliders and settings) along with your roster? if yes and if those sliders and setting are done on a game with offical 2k sports patch, then i could get some wierd gameplay experiance...

no need for game sliders to be adjusted... it must be at default as stated on the first page.....

but the gameplay was tweaked in the patch and the roster and players attributes are tweaked according the the gameplay from the patch so the best results are with the patch

you guys didn't understand me... i said if the sliders and settings are based on offical patch, then i could get some wierd gameplay experiance because i'm using the game without official patch...

no you dont understand. On the front page juza said the sliders are on default which means the attributes are changed not the sliders. And the attributes are changed based on the gameplay of the official patch. And the gameplay of the official patch is different from the out of the box game and its alot better too

i understand all that... but i didn't get the answer on how would that reflect on my game which is without official patch...

Then try it. We can't answer you because our games are already patched.

These rosters will be an improvement over the default run n gun drive to the paint kinda stuff. Hardly any jumpers and a often used but boring post up game. The patch just makes it more realistic with players looking to get open and knock down the jumper and the post game is more realistic with position more important as you can't back down your opponent forever now. The transition is also more realistic with teams trying to work a play and milk the shot clock rather then just drive to the basket and go for the layup. There really is no reason not to patch it. I was using these rosters without the patch and its just not as fun. Oh yeah the patch made the game smoother for me as well and especially the menu. I can run everything on max except for crowd. And since the patch I could also crank up the anisotropic filtering and other image quality options in my nvidia control panel and the game just looks so much better.

Krstics arms are black. At first I thought somehow he got tattoo sleeves but they are black. And so I checked his legs and they are white. So its just his arms

I just have anisotropic filtering on x16. For the texture filtering I turn them off for image quality. I forgot to mention that I turned down ultra high for player models to high. I can run it smoothly but I sacrifice image quality. Its not worth it for moving jerseys even though I like it alot. The trick is to turn on everything to best quality. Like for texture filtering read the notes at the bottom and set it to what gives best image quality. Anisotropic filtering should be left at x16 or x8 though. Anti-aliasing should be set to application controlled since 2k9 has a msaa setting for it.

Anyways you should run an exhibition game and see if it lags. If it does then you go back to the control panel and try turning on (off is for better quality and on is for better performance) one of the texture filtering then try it again. If it still lags close the game and try another one. The point is to turn off the quality settings one by one until you can run the game smoothly and that is when you know you have the best compromise for image quality vs smooth gameplay.

Also there really isn't a point to having crowd on high. Medium is really enough because high just turns those high up in the stands that you only see in cut scenes or halftime. Having high crowd and rendering ALL those people in the high stands in 3d taxes alot on your system. There isn't any point in my opinion to turn msaa on too high either as this isn't a shooter where you have crates and boxes and fences everywhere. The jaggies aren't too bad in this game. So msaa isn't a priority at all. I mean if you have it off the back board isn't straight and thats the most noticeable thing. However I play on a 32inch Sony lcd tv so the jaggies may be worse on a smaller screen. Maybe x2 or x4 would do

If you really want to get down and dirty with the nvidia control panel then http://www.tweakguides.com has an excellent and frequently updated guide for the forceware nvidia control panel
