why are so many people creating cf for players that already have cf that came with the games. What about cf for the missing players, eg. rookies?

because its easy to edit current players, and these CF's are crazy dope man i have never seen better gasol. however i understand what you are saying but to make new CF's im sure take alot of time and effort there is 4 or 5 different programs they use just to make one CF.
