firstly, i apologize if you felt ignored.
i and my team are just getting started on patching 2k9 (you all know we have worked on sd patches since live 01)
and the patches have not been distributed to anyone yet.
i will have them released in near future so stay tuned.

you can DL it in their site but the only problem is you can't register an account to that site. Its already released there. He doesn't really want to release it here. I hope somebody can teach us how to reg to that site.

based on their past SD patches, they only release their patch on the cafe.daum site
so i wont be expecting this SD patch to be released to us.

but being optimistic is not bad.
