Please fix the eyes of Hedo Turkoglu and Dwight Howard. Can somebody tell me how to edit the length of the arms and the legs of the players?

Thx... I try to make B.Brown and aboiut W.Bynum, Soul13 have made hima and I think I cant make better, becaus foto I have are werry bad :(
