hey man! did you already figured out how to change portraits??? please tell me as i didn't find anything on the global.iff although i saw the cap's portrait. i would like to use this portraits so bad but i think downloading this global.iff would not just work for me because i did a lot of editing on my game. how can i use your awesome portraits. please tell me and i'll be glad to be some portraits for other missing players. i'm planning to do the portrait for the whole bulls team.

bro i spent over 8 hours going through every possible file that i could get into using the iff editor and there is no way to edit portraits, they have to make a editor that will alow us to do so. i believe the portraits are in the portraits.iff but there is no way in that folder sorry, so you can only use the global for one of your favorite players like i did. sorry man there is no way to edit portraits at this time still, if you editor guys are listening we need a editor.

so what you did is just edit the created players portrait right? so that makes every cap have the same edited portrait right? i thought you already solved it because i saw scottie and longley have a portrait in game, is that just textmod?

no texmod what i did with my other caps is i went through the hidden pictures and i assigned different pics to my other caps so they would not be jordan

here is the list of the other pics without cf's, you will you have to use the iff editor to find which ones you would like to use, then when you go into for example longley.faceID 3010 PBPID 3010 unknownID 3010
you will only change his face id to the pic number you are using leave everything the same, then go into your 2k9 folder and find his png#### and rename it to the pic number you are using, for example for jordan to use the created player face i changed his faceid to 3373(created iff) then i renamed his file png3373.iff that makes sure your head and arms are there lol. i hope this helps here is the list. big thanks to KASPER233

i can't seem to change the cap's portrait. i also tried downloading wonderboi's global.iff here and use it but my caps still uses the old cap portrait. what am i doing wrong? what i did was for example jordan, i change his iff to any number that doesn't have an assigned photo to it and when i check in game it still uses the original cap photo.

EDIT: scratch that. i just found out that you have to restart the game when replacing global.iff

this Kevlahnota2 Cf and Ken-flys 1.6 headshape i updated alot on this one. lightened the skin texture and updated the mustache alot i like but want to know what you guys think.

oh sorry i changed it to 3373 so i can use my own customer portrait for MJ just rename it dude to png943.iff and it will work just fine.

when you go into association it gives you options, where it says customize league put yes then on the next page you will see the bulls in a boc click on it and click to your left towards the 76ers and find the bulls
