i dont think so this is a porblem. 2K made textures very easy, but THIS fix required too much time. sorry

Ok, thanks for the info. But you could just put the textures of the blue jerseys into the file of the yellow throwbacks (which contain cheerleader uniforms) and make yellow and blue cheerleader stuff, then we could use the blue one for home games also by just renaming it to uh004.iff, would that be possible?
