Where can I download official rosters for PC?

Where can I download the official rosters for the PC version of NBA 2k9 as if I was playing the PS3. I tried using the search and couldn't find it. Is there a roster file that mirrored the game systems?

well, i don't have internet on my computer where I play nba 2k9 for a while. I'm using a public computer now, so I was hoping I could download the roster file and transfer it over with a usb flash drive.
