09 updates for the playstation 2

When i went to download the playstation 2 updates, it said that i can update them manually, how do i do that?

See the file included in the update, it contains roster listings ignoring players that aren't in the game. Please note that the listings are now out of date though.

Yeah thanks i figured it out, i just don't want the default rosters.
