Injured Players Question

I just downloaded the latest 365 update, and modified the rosters to their original starting lineups and correct bench. When I go to play in dynasty mode, my changes get reset. If I look at the player rotations, they are the way I wanted them, just they are not right in the actual game. What I am basically saying is that I do not want any players to be injured on my default roster. Is there any way I can fix this.
