No injuries in Dynasty

I've played lots of games in NBA Live 09 (XBOX360) and I never had any injuries. Maybe I disabled injuries option somehow ? If so how to enable it or mabe tell me what options do you have that injuries appear in your Dynasties ? I have played about 3 seasons in my dynasty without one inujry, so maybe this topic has no sense and It's just Luck that my players are always 100% healthy.

It's not just you. The lack of an injury frequency slider has had a negative effect on injuries in 09. Coincidentally, there's a plague of them in the real NBA right now.
