Training veterans

Has anybody ever had suceess training a player who's a six year pro or who has been playing more years? For example has anybody been able to increase their overalls so far in live 09 by more than one point? Because today i was training joel prizbilla with all three assistants in offensense for a few months, and they say he's a six year pro, and his overall went from 64 to 67. I was quite surprised because, i was always afraid to train any player who has been around for over 5 years. Although my asistant head coach may have something to do with joel's improvement, because he has a b development grade, plus he's a trainer, but he's very cheap.

It just depends on their development attributes. I tend to focus on younger players and players who are closer to being stars myself.

Yeah, i was always afraid to train veterans, i hardly ever train players 5 years or older. Just thought i'd give it a shot. Seems so easy to train players this version.
