NBA Live 09 & Xbox Live

Maybe it's a silly question, but I'm totally new to the Xbox world so excuse me...

When my free 1-month trial of Xbox Live Gold expires, will I still receive Live365 updates? Will I still be able to use EA Locker Room to download sliders and so on? Is Xbox Live Silver enough for this? The manual just states that I need a Xbox Live account without giving any further info.

I'm pretty sure Silver is enough for the Locker this year as well as the 365 updates. Last year you needed a Gold membership to use the Locker but as far as I'm aware Silver is sufficient with NBA Live 09.

There should be a OKC patch in the NBA LIve section in the Xbox Marketplace, has jersies and logos etc

There was indeed such an update, but this is not a good bump.

Anyway to patch the jersey in now? I know I'm kinda late but didn't have this game back in the day....haha

As far as I know, there's no way to do it on consoles. You can on the PC version

No PC version of NBA Live 09.

I'm not sure if the free OKC DLC is still available, or whether it ended up coming through as an official update after being removed from the Marketplace. I've been careful not to remove it from my 360's HDD, just to be safe.
