Create A Player Limit

Is there any way around the limit on created players on PS2, because Im trying to make a roster for every team from the 1997-98 season. If there isnt a way around the limit is there any way to change the personal info (like name, b-day, birth place) and what they look like when you edit them.

Ive just thought of this but if its illegal just tell me and i wont talk about it any more or delete the post and warn me. If I had a PS2 that played back up versions of games would it be possible to copy NBA Live 09 to my PC and change something in the game file to get around the CAP limit or not being able to edit players personal info, face and body, and then copy it on to a disk and play it.
