Is PS3/360 Gameplay Radically Different From PS2?

PS2 still has the sub bug, it's painfully easy to score, even with all shot sliders at 0 I make about 80% of shots, primarily because I can dunk every time.
Is game play for PS3/360 radically different from PS2 version?
IN those versions can the play game time be set to be different from sim time? I mean play a season with 9 minute quarters when played but 12 minute quarters when simmed?
In those versions are there fouls in the game?
How different is the PS3/360 version? How much better? I'm curious.
