I believe he's using a roster update as he mentions the rosters being "current as of today".

if anybody starts bitching about the ratings.. keep in mind that the ratings and rosters will fluctuate throughout the season... if you have the 365 feature active.

And of course, can always be edited manually. The ability to globally edit ratings should come in handy for anyone who wants to do some serious mass tweaking.

Turiaf is still on our team, ratings not adjusted, they are the same ratings as last years! or something.

Some worse than others but overall ratings tend to be overrated anyway.
