it's just a figure of speech, it doesn't mean have to trust me or not. I just think the game is going to be more improved this year based on the answers he gave me. Last year was an improvement over 07, so what makes you think they are not headed in the right direction, this year?

They were more tight lipped about gameplay last year. We are actually getting info early from these guys

The crowd still could have been done a lot better considering that this is on a high graphic consoles. Also, the jerseys are ugly as hell. Those numbers look like they've been glued on. The cyberfaces still sucks, Kobe and Garnett looks like an asian :-x

The only few things I like about it is the player emotions on their faces and the size of the players. It tends to be more accurate.

EA doesn't seem to pay attention to little details like bench players, and the way they are sitting with their fists clinched tightly one feet above their knee.

There is always an improvement in every new Live, but none of them is close to perfection. When will they realise what to do and what is needed to satisfies people and what it takes to take Live to another level? All good patchers in here should have been hired and those sitting in EA Sports should have been fired

Yeah, the players do look a little skinny, but its not something that really bothers me.

I only wish the jerseys weren't so flat-looking, they don't make me feel like I am looking at something woven. Like...if I actually touched those jerseys, it'd have no texture.

I do like that they kept the desaturated look from this year. It makes the color a little off, but its different from the more bright 2K look (I like both looks) and it makes the game feel more epic for some reason.

Yeah, screw gameplay, it's not important. Give us mind-blowing graphics EA.

i thought the desaturated colors worked for the most part, but it irked me with the Philly & ATL jerseys. The Philly jerseys were a nice greay color instead of a flat black and the Atlanta blue was too washed out, but that may have been due to the fact that they were new designs.

Overall, I like the graphics. The emotion on the players faces is a cool touch and I think that the player models are improved. The jerseys seem a bit funky, but I think that the graphics will continue to improve as the release date nears.

I like what EA plans to do with the crowd. I'm most looking forward to actually playing '09 so I can see what gameplay improvements and enhancements are really like.

NBA Live '09 is one of the main reasons why I'm getting a PS3...

There were some screenshots released last year that didn't quite represent the finished product, perhaps that will be the case this year. We'll find out in due course.

I realized that I dont really care about the number stretching and stuff....I never pause the next gen game to look at something, it's always in motion. So show me some stuff in motion then I will make a better decision.
Opinions are my own.
