The ability to patching everything

Create your own teams and leagues.
Create a jerseys.
Create a coaches.
Create the cyberfaces through the game.
Create the portraits through the game.

Just create everything through the game, and not through DBF editing, FSH, etc.

It would definitely make things easier, but it would be a rare game that allows that level of customisation without any external tools (official or otherwise).
