No only the 08/09 season is covered by live 365 man. You can go ahead and do it manually though.

i see... but why there is an updating process every now and then when i play online? what is that for? it just consumes an amount of time... there should be no downloading updates if that's the case right? so that every user online can play it directly without the hassle of waiting...

Presumably it's still checking for updates (even though no more are coming) and is quite probably downloading the same final update each and every time.
