Bench Rotations??

Ive started a sim-dynasty, in NBA 09 but Ive done the fantasy draft just to see what it would turn out like. It was good so I kept playing. When Im in the calendar (where all the games are that your team's playing) I click on one of the games my team has already played the starting 5 has played the whole game just about and only like one of my bench has been on for 1-2 minutes. The other bench players have "DNP-Coaches Decision" where there stats are normally.

Is there any way to make all the bench players rotate on court for a resonable amount of time??

The Xbox 360/Playstation 3 version as a Player Rotation menu amongst other roster management functions that allows you to assign playing time at each position. The other versions of the game lack that menu however.

Is there something like that on PS2

Unfortunately not, the PS2 version is a complete mess when it comes to Dynasty Mode.
