Commentary based on Int'l Phonetic Alphabet

If the commentators and announcers just pronounce the sounds in the International Phonetic Alphapet (IPA), then every player can have their names called with reference to the database or something like that.

"S-koh-lah" for "Scola", instead of the retarded "NUMBER 4"...
