NBA 365 on PS3: Married with EA ID, PS3 user ID?

I heard someone said NBA 365 will marry with EA ID...

Say if me and my brother got 2 users created on PS3 and we got different EA ID of course. Alright, what happened to my brother if I registered the NBA 365 code in my NBA Live 09 EA account?

I think it doesn't make sense if my brother is not going to enjoy NBA 365 as we played Live 09 on the same PS3 console...it doesn't make sense to buy several copies of Live 09 in order to let each family memeber to enjoy NBA 365....right?

Any comments would be appreciated.

If you buy the game new and activate NBA Live 365 with the code provided, it's tied to your XBL or PSN profile. If you purchase the 365 subscription however, it's on your console's hard drive.
