The amount of optimism here must have something to do with the quality of the recent Live releases.

Pick and Roll control hopefully means we can set picks during OTP.

ea will gain some respect if we can run some practice games, 2v2, 3v3s ect against the computer in the practice arena.
Opinions are my own.

Yea...a .01 % respect added to their current 0% respect....for a grant total of .01% respect. When the pick and roll is supposed to be some sort of selling point for your game...then you know you're in trouble.

"Hey bob...i'm going to pick nba 2k9..it has great gameplay...a fuck load of association features as well as a robust online multiplayer component. Fuck naw nigga...iz you trippin? I mean...2k already had lock doewn D since 2k8 but Look right'chay ...dis here nba live 09 got pick n' roll controll G!"

But the pick and roll is a very difficult play, even NBA players have a hard time against it. Just look at what happened to Team USA at the last Fiba WBC, when they lost after their opponents pick and rolled them to death. EA is on to something here! EAs full of geniuses I tell yous!

If they can make the game fluid, which looks to be a focus this year. . .The pick and roll thing should be fine. It gives the players a chance to play the type of style they want to play IMO

EA had a lot of surveys this year, wanting people's opinions on NBA Live. I'm sure everyone who found that survey spoke their mind. Including me lol

It was just a fluke...lets not get ahead of ourselves. Though I will say that his post makes this thread qualify for the "Hardwood Classics"
