All These Shoe Patches = HHHEEELLLP!!!

I have downloaded all these shoe iff files and rosters in my nba 2k9 folder, and maybe two or three pairs of shoes show up. Man I've been at this mission for freakin days trying to figure it out with no luck. I've downloaded Albys Roster 8.5(can't get 7.2) + Ken-fly 96 Bulls + Dream Team Pack Compatible with CHNXiaoju 5.0 Real Shoes Patch and nothing. What I need is a fellow pc gamer expert (at NBA 2K9) please send a video tutorial or something along those lines to me pm or whatever works for you. Help a fellow noob pc gamer out with this shoe crisis Thanks

First you must have applied the official patch of nba 2k9 then put the shoes(those iff files from chnxiaoju) into your nba 2k9 folder then load the rosters and your good to go if you still cant get those shoes to work then there might be some problem with your nba 2k9 ..oh btw only load one roster at a time
