How easy is this game to mod?

I haven't gotten 2k9 PC yet, and may wait until 10. But I've done addons for Madden and the EA NHL & NBA series and want to know how easy or hard it is to make addons compared to the others. What type of tools do you need? I'm fairly ok with Paint Shop Pro and Photoshop and have modded other games. And can you use Texmod with it?

modding textures is probably the same,
the problem is that we can't mod everything (without texmod) .
with texmod, everything can be modified .

Thats very sad about this game. MAny wanted to modify the game's images to make it look nicer.
The thing is, not everything is editable. Many patchers are available and very willing, just couldnt.

Servo75, the tools you need is Iffeditor 9, hades or flyinfinn roster editor, 3ds max9 (for headshape editing), Photoshop (w/ DDS plug-ins installed). For more info on those tools search the patch releases and previews section, it's stickied in the post. hope it helps!
